Is KharchaGraph completely free to use?
Yes, KharchaGraph is completely free to use. You can track unlimited daily expenses, manage categories, set monthly budget caps, configure recurring bill reminders, and export data without paying anything.
Is my personal financial data secure?
Security is our highest priority. Your transaction logs and monthly budgets are tied strictly to your password-protected user account. Only you can view, add, modify, or delete your transaction data.
How does the daily spending limit work?
Your daily spending limit is automatically calculated by dividing your total monthly budget by 30 (the average days in a month). The system monitors your real-time spend and alerts you if you approach or exceed this budget on a given day.
What happens to my past entries if I stop a recurring bill?
When you stop or delete a recurring expense schedule, all your past expenses generated by that recurring rule remain securely saved in your database history. Only future automated additions are suspended.
Can I export my expense data?
Absolutely! You can download your entire transaction history as a CSV file with one click from the history page or dashboard. The CSV format is fully compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, or other money management applications.
